Weis Markets Starts Wine Sales in PA
A law was recently passed in Pennsylvania allowing to-go wine sales outside of state-owned spirit stores. Weis Markets has launched a pilot program to take advantage of this and hope to sell wine in all 49 of its cafes by Thanksgiving.

Miami one of “most coveted” retail markets in US, panelists say
Retail sales in Miami are higher than the rest of the nation at $768 per square foot while rent averages $32 per square foot. Miami’s rent rate is almost double the national average but much lower than places like Manhattan which averages $88 per square foot in rent.
