Thomas brings more than thirty years of marketing experience to the position where he will oversee brand development, market strategy, direction and sales support programming.
Bain is an experienced sales executive with proven success in management, driving company growth and numerous sales team achievements. Receiving his education from Bentley University, he joins a long list of alumni who have assumed leadership roles in the retail industry.

Thomas’ history of success includes driving revenue, market share, brand awareness, and profits in highly competitive sectors. He has held CMO and executive marketing positions with high profile brands such as Edible Arrangements, Subway, Burger King and ADVO as well as New York agency b. little & company where he developed marketing programs for clients ranging from Mattel to Yum! Brands to Hershey Foods.

Bain’s experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Almo Corporation in the consumer goods distribution industry. There he launched the special channel division and exceeded profit goals by 75%, servicing clients with unique and demanding go-to-market strategies while navigating complex and evolving business environments.
Bain’s leadership training from the US Army has instilled a deep respect for teamwork and a positive attitude, serving as the backbone of his management philosophy.
